It isn’t easy bringing a contractor into your home. You need to trust that they’ll treat you and your family right.

We know how it is. Even though we’re contractors, we still need to bring contractors into our homes to do what we can’t.

This is one of the main reasons why we want to give you a smooth and simple experience you’ll love.

To do this, we need to be transparent about what our process is like. Then you’ll know what to expect, which helps lessen the stress of a home improvement project.

12 Steps Towards Your Dream Home

1. Fill out our form

Tell us about your project details. We want to know what your needs are and what the vision for your home is.

2. phone consultation

We want to talk to you so we can get a better idea of your project and so we can get to know you better.

3. home Consultation

Our on-site consultation comes with a $500 fee (that’s absorbed into the cost of your project.) This includes:

– Inspecting the space
– Getting all of the details about your project
– Visualizing the end result”
– Answering any questions you may have

4. contract signing

We’ll talk about your:

– Budget
– Timeline
– Materials
– And plan the whole project

When we’re on the same page, we’ll go through your contract together. This is to make sure you have all the information you need and are comfortable with all the details.

5. designing

We’ll be designing your new home space using our advanced design software and your vision. This will show you exactly how the finished product will look.

It’ll help to eliminate any doubts or stress you may have. You can use it to ensure you’re in total control of how your home will look.

6. home & Site protection

We want to keep dust, dirt, and debris in the site area and out of the rest of your home. This means taking steps to seal the area.

7. pre-job walkthrough

We want to look at the space with you one last time before starting. This helps make sure we’re still on the same page about what you want us to do.

It’s also a great time for us to tell you about the next steps and what to expect.

8. we work our remodeling magic

We’ll start working our remodeling magic to transform your home into the space your family needs. It’ll seem like no time at all before you’re back to enjoying your home.

9. Home & Site cleaning

We don’t want to leave you with the clean up! That’s unprofessional. So, once we finish, we’ll have our cleaners come make your space spotless.

10. Post-job walkthrough

We want to make sure we exceeded or met your expectations. To do this, we want to take you on a walkthrough of your new space.

After that, you can take the next 3 days to do a more detailed inspection. Let us know if there’s anything you need!

11. 5-Year warranty

We have a 5-year labor and systems warranty, and you also get a manufacturer’s warranty for the materials. In the event something happens within our control and is included in the warranty and contract, we’ll come in and get it fixed for you.

12. 6-month follow-up

We personally come to your house every 6 months for a 2 year period. This is to make sure everything is still in good condition and to your liking. After the 2 year period, we’re still available and more than willing to help you with anything your home may need.
